Look for 2v1 and 3v2 opportunities and exploit them with your teammates. If the defense is out of position or a player is double teamed that means that an offensive player is open.
Stay ahead of the ball on transitions (allow ball carrier to see help).
Get covered. Be a threat and make the defense cover you. This will open up the field for your teammates.
If covered, move the ball!!!
Follow the slide.
If the ball/offensive player is coming at you, cut through to stay dangerous.
If the ball/offensive player is moving away form you, follow behind for supports.
